yea this is completely legal considering you own the game and are using this as a back up.. but… there arent many out there who do that. most just download the roms so that they don’t have to buy the games…or to play games that they never got to play back whenever
it dumb ass, not dumpass, “dump”ass, and thanks…

@killertellitubby he said if you own the game its legal if not its iligal

Is it free?
i swear im not lying about what im about to tell you!!!! In the URL type “kiss” in front of the words “youtube” in the URL without quotaitions to get an option to download this video.
@fartmaster74 Under the 2000 copyright act you can have one backup copy of all the software you own. So these emulators and roms are just backups for the games you already own.
viewing the video is completely legal, but partaking in the activities it explains most likely is not

Depends what you mean by most. Nowadays most modern computers can run them at full speed (not the wii but all the others).
no, its not even legal to view this video.

oh, crap. i’m kinda getting scared to download a game coz it might make my computer even slower than it is now… 0_o
Nearly every computer can play all the systems before the Nintendo 64 (including the N64).
But the PS2, Wii, Gamecube, and everything after that WON”T run (at full speed) on most computers.
holy crap nerd talk ftw XD

Other than emulators, how can I play my Wii on my PC? What are those wires called – like video output. I just want to play my Wii on my computer screen. I have a Tv in my room and downstairs, but their quite large, and makes the game graphics blurry and choppy, especially Zelda. I also want to record my gameplay, which is why I want to play on my PC. Is it possible?
